- CTS is certified by the Women Business Enterprise National Council as a 100% women owned, controlled and operated company.
1998
- Julie Reiling purchases Carbide Tool Services, Inc. and becomes president of the company.
1997
- Carbide Tool Services, Inc. becomes the first and only indexable tool repair company to achieve ISO 9002 certification.
1995
- Again, CTS outgrows its space and builds a 22,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility in Anoka, MN and becomes the largest indexable tool repair company in the U.S.
1991
- Due to rapid growth, CTS moves into a new 10,000 sq. ft. facility in Fridley, MN.
1981
- Carbide Tool Services, Inc. becomes a separate entity and offers indexable tool reconditioning services to companies nationwide through a network of distributors.
1973
- Founder Norman H. Nat establishes Carbide Tool Services, Inc. as a division of a Minneapolis-based industrial distributor.
