A large manufacturer of lawn equipment needed to increase milling cutter performance when manufacturing blades. CTS worked with them to design and build new special indexable milling cutters for this application. The new indexable milling cutters utilized an insert with positive cutting action, and was able to cut the entire width with one cut rather than two. The new indexable cutters increased production tremendously and saved the customer over $42,000.
